How do I add my IPTV credentials to Cast4K?

Open the app, go to Settings > Add Profile, and enter your provider credentials (URL, username, password). You can also scan a QR code if your provider supports it.

Can I use Cast4K on multiple devices?

Yes! Cast4K syncs across all your devices. Simply log in with the same account on each device to access your profiles, favorites, and continue watching.

Why is my stream buffering?

Buffering can occur due to slow internet connection. Try lowering the video quality in settings, or enable Low Data Mode for optimized streaming on slower networks.

How do I share my profile with family members?

Go to Profile Settings > Share Profile > Generate QR Code. Family members can scan this code to quickly add your profile to their device.

Is Cast4K available on my device?

Cast4K is available on iOS, Android, and via direct download. We are working on Roku TV, Samsung Smart TVs, and Fire TV support coming soon.
